Born in England, 1976

I kind of fell into photography while I was at secondary school in Ashford, Kent; I had to take a course in 6th form to fill my time table up and my friends were doing photography.

Over the course of the year I learnt to use a manual camera, load film, develop the film and process photographs. I was hooked, but lacked the funds to get into the hobby.

In 2010 I managed to acquire a Fujifilm camera from a friend, I snapped away at everything and everywhere I went.

After a year or so I upgraded to Fujifilm finepix SL300, and taught myself how to get some great shots.

During that time I done a lot of profile pictures for people I met online so I could get some experience with portraits. I was also seduced by MACRO photography, but there was something missing…

Then in 2013 I was given a gift from a very dear friend of mine that had sadly passed away. With that gift I upgraded to a Canon EOS 60D, complete with some impressive lenses, a studio backdrop, flash unit, reflector dish, tripod and very handy travel bag.

And so a new chapter in my life has started, I want to enjoy my hobby, and if it makes me money then all the better.

I am available to photograph all events, big or small, and my photography is available to purchase.
